How do I reset my password?
Go to the SoulLink app → Settings → Account → “Reset Password”. You’ll receive an email within a minute. Check your spam folder if not found.
Can I export my memory or conversations?
Yes. You can export all stored data via the “Privacy & Data” section in-app. Exports are processed instantly in standard JSON format.
How do I delete my account?
Open SoulLink → Settings → Privacy → “Delete Account”. This will permanently erase all memory and backups. We cannot recover it once deleted.
Is SoulLink available in my country?
SoulLink is globally accessible via the web app, with localized interfaces in English, 中文, Español, and 日本語. App Store / Play Store availability may vary by region.
Do you use my data for AI training?
No, unless you explicitly opt in. You can disable all model training usage in your settings anytime.
